I thought this was just life ! That gradually somehow over time the sparkle of life had warn off. I was a little stressed I would agree…..

With a full time career in the Travel Industry, having two pre-school aged children and trying to keep all the balls in the air I was starting to struggle. I knew something was not right but I had no idea the depths of despair I was heading towards until it was too late. I could not or would not see it even though caring people around me were gently telling me this was a problem. I was a good person how could this happen to me ?

Fast forward 10 years, as a Life Coach for Stress Management and Practitioner of NLP (Neuro Lingusitic Programming) I am pleased to be able to share this practical understanding with you.
